  2. By leveraging data derived from ad placements, we are able to assess interest levels. How many individuals engaged with the ad? How many clicked on it? 

  3. Subsequently, we delve into the webshop data. We ascertain the number of website visitors and delve into their purchasing behaviors, examining order placements and shopping cart values.

Our analytical framework creates a funnel where the engagement value grows at each stage. By visualizing this and segmenting customers by age and gender, we reveal insightful trends. Decoding this Customer Engagement Funnel guides our marketing strategies, optimizing for avid buyers and untapped segments alike.

Using these data-driven personas, Crocs can estimate potential ROAS and set budget priorities informed by these insights.
